North Yorkshire Council Local Plan – Call for Sites

Please find below the dedicated ‘Call for Sites’ webpage, which gives further information to the process and introduces a ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ section. The webpage also contains a link to the mapping website whereby the site submissions can be viewed. By clicking on each site, you will see a brief description including the location, site size and the proposed uses that have been put forward by the site promoter. This will now allow NYC to update the map when additional sites are added, or if any are withdrawn. NYC are not accepting comments at this stage, however a comprehensive consultation will take place later that will seek views of the community on all the sites – at this stage further work will have to be completed to give a greater direction as to whether such sites are likely to be recommended for allocation or dismissed.
